Founders Message

“I can personally attest to the difficulty of landing that first job after graduating from college. Many of my peers dealt with this same issue or they faced the challenge of advancing in the workplace, simply because of their age. Well, I wanted to create an organization that can be a resource to all individuals, including the young professionals. Instead of using generations as another tool to separate us, this organization is meant to unite everyone. I believe that UNITY is the key to progression.“
